SECTION .0900 – REREGISTRATION AS ELECTRONIC NOTARY

18 NCAC 07F .0901          REREGISTRATION

An electronic notary public applying to reregister as an electronic notary shall comply with application procedures:

(1)           in Chapter 10B of the General Statutes; and

(2)           in this Subchapter.
